The Inclusive Mask® was initially intended for THE ENTOURAGE of deaf and hard of hearing as it facilitates lip reading thanks to the transparent anti-fogging window.
However, not all persons who are deaf or hard of hearing rely on lip reading That is why it is very important to respect the mode of communication of the person who is deaf and hard of hearing (French Sign Language).
This mask does not replace either the presence of an interpreter in LSF.
It is also intended for early childhood staff, restaurateurs, speech-language pathologists, audioprosthetists, ... but also to all persons regardless of profession or profile as it allows better see the expression of the face, important element in human relations.
The Inclusive Mask® is the first transparent barrier mask with anti-projection window washable and anti-fog in France having received the results of the tests carried out by the DGA (General Directorate of Armament) in accordance with the interministerial information note of March 29, 2020, updated on January 2021, for non-sanitary (= non-medical) use of the UNS1 category.
A category 1 anti-projection mask for non-sanitary use is a mask for the general public designed to protect people around droplet projections thanks to filtration particles of 3 microns plus 95%.
Our masks are reusable 20 times.
They were tested to new and after 20 washings with the DGA, the filtration of the 3 micron particles is identical (98%!).

This device is neither a medical device within the meaning of Regulation EU/2017/745 (surgical masks), nor personal protective equipment within the meaning of Regulation EU/2016/425 (FFP2 type filter masks).
It is not intended for use by caregivers in patient contact.
We offer 3 sizes:
XS for children from 6 to 10 years,
S for children from the age of 11 but also for adults with a thin face and
M for adults

It depends on your lifestyle. However, we can estimate an average.
The use is 4h/mask.
On a day of 12h, it should 3 masks.
Over one month: 3 masks x 30 days = 90 masks.
Since our masks can be reused 20 times, we can calculate the following: 90/ 20 = 4.5 masks. That’s about 5 masks per month per person.
This estimate can of course be downgraded. It depends on your lifestyle/occupation.
Two good news, a child model from 10 years old is available here.
This model is also suitable for adults with a thin face.
But also a model for children from 6 years! It is available here.
As a safety measure, the silicone cord locks are not provided. It is therefore important to make a knot to adjust the mask.
The nasal bar is integrated.

The mask costs €7.90 including all taxes per unit.
Since it can be washed 20 times, the cost per use is €0.39, a lower price than the disposable surgical mask. Our wish is to make it accessible to as many people as possible. We hope to lower sales prices in the future. However, it is important to note that masks are made in France.
We improved our masks by adding a few more centimeters to the elastic and providing a pair of silicone cord locks. They allow you to adjust the elastics of the mask to fit your face.

Each mask comes with a pair of tips. Be careful when unpacking the mask.
To avoid any confusion when assembling the mask (anti-fog mounted upside down), we leave the protective film on the visor. It is therefore important remove the protective film (even if it is sewn!) so that the anti-fog mask is functional.
When you place an order, you will receive a notification email with a link to download your invoice.
We are proud to announce that orders placed before 2pm from Monday to Friday are shipped the same day!
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a follow-up link, you will be able to follow your package via the colissimo/tracked letter/chronopost link.
You have placed an order and you have certainly received an email confirming your purchase. In this email, there is a link that will allow you to open the PDF file (the invoice)
As for your personal space, if you placed an order in "guest" mode, no account has been created.
The minimum order is 2 masks.
We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied.
If you would like to return a product (accessories), please send us an email at email@example.com and we will tell you how to proceed.
However, by hygienic measures, the protective masks shall not be taken back or exchanged.
When you placed an order, you must have placed it in "guest" mode, which is why there is no access to personal space.
To do this, we suggest you create a personal space before placing an order.
We accepted the following payment methods:

- Bank transfer.
We can accept payment by cheque. To do so, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at +33 18.104.22.168.54, we will tell you how to proceed.
If you wish to make a payment by bank transfer or administrative order, we can send you a quote or you can place your order directly online and choose, during checkout, the desired payment method.
Orders are shipped the same day if they are placed before 2:00 pm Monday to Friday from.
Concerning delivery times(tracked letter/colissimo) of your order, this will depend on your shipping address.
The delivery time (once the package is delivered to the carrier) is between:
- 48h and 72h (working days) in France
- 5 to 7 working days in DOMs
- 3 to 5 working days in the European Union.
The chronopost is delivered the next day before 13h (if all goes well on the chronopost side) if the order is placed from Monday to Friday before 2pm.
However, during the month of August, postal services can slow down and extend the route by one day.
We currently deliver to France, DOM, Europe, USA, Canada, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, New Caledonia and French Polynesia.
Attention, for New Caledonia and French Polynesia, the delivery times can be very long and we are not held responsible for these deadlines which can be more than 4 weeks.

We ship orders via tracked letter, colissimo without signature (order less than 100€), colissimo with signature (order greater than 100€), chronopost(delivery the next day before 1pm) and relay point for deliveries to France.
We ship orders via colissimo with signature for the rest of the countries outside France.
Following the last update of the Shopify platform, the relay point is now selected after the payment of the order.
