PRICES & PAYMENTS
5.5% VAT on protective masks, Article 278-0 bis, subparagraphs “K-bis” and “K-ter” of the General Tax Code.
20% VAT on the rest of the products on the website.
The prices of our products are indicated in Euros All Taxes included. The prices are indicated excluding participation in the shipping costs, invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased according to the amount of the order.
All orders regardless of their origin are payable in Euros.
www.masqueinclusif.com reserves the right to change its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of the registration of the orders subject to availability on that date. This change will be reported to the buyer before any order.
If the delivery takes place outside the territory of the European Union, the customs duties and formalities relating thereto remain the exclusive responsibility of the buyer, www.masqueinclusif.com is not held responsible for the amount of the taxes to be paid.
Payment for your purchases can be made in several ways including online payment by bank cards: Visa, MasterCard, other Blue Cards.

Means are used to ensure that the photos accurately represent the items, however, the color may vary slightly depending on the brightness and the monitor in which the photos are viewed.
The color of the fabrics is subject to change with the seasons and according to availability at the supplier.
PROTECTIVE MASKS
The filtering and washable protective face mask for non-sanitary use of category 2 completes the barrier gestures and the rules of social distancing aimed at combating viral infections (such as Coronavirus / Covid19).
Made in France, it is made of a 100% polypropylene fabric layer and PET plastic.
Please note, this mask is not considered to be a medical device, within the meaning of regulation EU / 2017/745 (surgical masks), or personal protective equipment, within the meaning of regulation EU / 2016/425 (filtering masks type FFP2).
VALIDATION
The consumer must be informed by the seller of the essential characteristics of the good before the conclusion of the contract. That said, you declare that you have read and accepted these General Conditions of Sale before placing your order.
COMMITMENT
When the customer validates his order, this validation implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. Its application cannot be questioned, except withdrawal within 7 days from receipt of the order.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
In accordance with article 1369-2 of the Civil Code, www.masqueinclusif.com undertakes to confirm the customer's order by means of an acknowledgment of receipt sent by e-mail within 24 hours. This will specify the content of the order, its cost, the method of payment used and its delivery methods.

EXPEDITION
We send orders the same day (for all orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday.
We ship via tracked letter, colissmo and chronopost.
Please note that sending a Tracked Letter does not include insurance. Therefore, in case of theft or loss of packages, www.masqueinclusif.com is not responsible and cannot return a package to you.
Colissimo shipments are delivered against signature. Idem for chronopost.
General
The products bought on the site are dispatched according to the terms of deadlines defined in the paragraph "Delivery" following the validation of the payment. The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated during the ordering process.
We currently deliver to France, DOM, Europe, USA, Canada, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, New Caledonia and French Polynesia. Attention, for New Caledonia and French Polynesia, the delivery times can be very long and we are not held responsible for these deadlines which can be more than 4 weeks.

You will receive an email to track your package live.
In the event of payment by bank or private card, the times indicated are average times and correspond to the times of treatment and delivery for products destined for metropolitan France and Monaco.
DELAY AND PRICES
For all orders placed before 2pm from Monday to Friday (and after receipt of payment/proof of payment/purchase order), we deliver the orders to the carrier the same day!
The delivery time for orders by the carrier is 48 hours.

We ship via Tracked Letter, colissmo and chronopost according to your choice.

Colissimo shipments are delivered against signature for an order of more than 100€. Chronopost shipments are delivered against signature.

DELIVERY ISSUES
You must notify on the signature slip that the carrier will present to you and at www.masqueinclusif.com any reservations about the delivered product (for example: damaged package, already open...) within 3 days after receipt of the product. If the package is lost or not received, please contact us as soon as possible to perform a check with the delivery services. An investigation will therefore be opened with the carrier if the package was sent in Colissimo.
Product Compliance
As a hygienic measure, the masks cannot be taken back or exchanged.
SATISFIED OR REIMBURSED
In accordance with Article L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you have seven days from receipt to exchange or have your product refunded if it does not suit you (with the exception of protective masks for reasons of hygiene). If this period normally expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, it shall be extended until the first following working day.
For orders in France and Europe, in accordance with the Chatel Law of 1 June 2008, refunds following a right of withdrawal will be made mainly by means of payment, even if other alternatives (such as vouchers) remain possible.
In the context of an exchange, the customer’s return costs are not covered.
As part of a refund, the return costs by the customer are not covered and the refund of the order will be reduced by the return shipping costs.
They shall be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days following the date on which the right was exercised.
Regarding returns please contact us by email to define the terms. This right of return can only be accepted for products in their original packaging, complete, unworn and in good condition.
Personalized or returned items used, incomplete, damaged or soiled by the Customer are not taken back and no refund will be due.
