Inclusive Mask is a transparent, washable and anti-fog face mask designed and made in France.
The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to inform any potential consumer, natural or legal person of the terms and conditions under which www.masqueinclusif.com sells and delivers protective masks.
These general conditions of sale also define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products by the seller to the consumer. They apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales by the seller of the products offered on its website: www.masqueinclusif.com Any order placed on this site implies acceptance of these conditions.
PRICE & PAYMENT
Majority of payment method are accepted.
VAT for the face mask in France is 5,5%.
VAT for the remaining products in France sold on the website is 20%.
All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in Euros.
www.masqueinclusif.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices at the time of the registration of orders subject to availability on this date. This modification will be notified to the buyer before any order.
If the delivery takes place outside the territory of the European Union, the customs taxes and formalities relating there to remain the exclusive responsibility of the buyer, www.masqueinclusif.com is not held responsible for the amount of taxes payable.
Payment for your purchases can be made in several ways including online payment by credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, other Blue Card.
Payment of the full price must be made when ordering by the Buyer. At no time can the sums paid be considered as a deposit or down payment. The receipt of the entire amount of the order will be made by the Seller at the time of validation of the order.

RETENTION OF TITLE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The products acquired on the www.masqueinclusif.com site remain the property of www.masqueinclusif.com until full payment has been received. In accordance with the provisions of the intellectual property code, only use for private use subject to different or even more restrictive provisions of the intellectual property code is authorized. Any total or partial reproduction of the site www.masqueinclusif.com is strictly prohibited. The brand and the slogan "your lips are my ears" have been the subject of a property deposit with the National Institute of Intellectual Property.
The protective mask patent has been registered with the National Institute of Intellectual Property.
Orders placed on the site www.masqueinclusif.com are subject to several stages which are all validations per click to be made by the buyer. Final validation during the ordering process is equivalent to an agreement to accept information related to these General Terms and Conditions.
Means are used to ensure that the photos accurately represent the items, however, the color may vary slightly depending on the brightness and the monitor in which the photos are viewed.
The color of the fabrics is subject to change with the seasons and according to availability at the supplier.
PROTECTIVE FACE MASK
The filtering and washable protective face mask for non-sanitary use of category 2 completes the barrier gestures and the rules of social distancing aimed at combating viral infections (such as Coronavirus / Covid19).
Made in France, it is made of a 100% polypropylene fabric layer and PET plastic.
Please note, this mask is not considered to be a medical device, within the meaning of regulation EU / 2017/745 (surgical masks), or personal protective equipment, within the meaning of regulation EU / 2016/425 (filtering masks type FFP2).
The consumer must be informed by the seller of the essential characteristics of the good before the conclusion of the contract. That said, you declare that you have read and accepted these General Conditions of Sale before placing your order.
When the customer validates his order, this validation implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. Its application cannot be questioned, except withdrawal within 7 days from receipt of the order.
In accordance with article 1369-2 of the Civil Code, www.masqueinclusif.com undertakes to confirm the customer's order by means of an acknowledgment of receipt sent by e-mail within 24 hours.
This will specify the content of the order, its cost, the method of payment used and its delivery methods.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded on the site www.masqueinclusif.com which remains archived by the seller, constitutes proof of all transactions made by www.masqueinclusif.com and its customers.
Preorders are now available on www.masqueinclusif.com, the shipping time is approx 4 weeks from date of purchase.
Please note that due to the current health situation in France (Covid 19), delivery time once shipped might be extended. We are trying our best to manage this situation which is beyond our control. We thank you in advance for your understanding and your patience.
The products bought on the site are dispatched according to the terms of deadlines defined in the paragraph "Delivery" following the validation of the payment. The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated during the ordering process.
Currently, we ship to France, to the French overseas departments and countries within Europe. We are taking steps to ship outside Europe. Please come back soon as we will add worldwide shipping.
In case of delay, an email will be sent to you.
In the event of payment by bank or private card, the times indicated are average times and correspond to the times of treatment and delivery for products destined for metropolitan France and Monaco.

After processing the pre-order, delivery will be made within 30 working days of receipt of payment. The deadlines are communicated for information only, www.masqueinclusif.com is not responsible for delays in delivery of any kind whatsoever after the product has been delivered to the carrier.www.masqueinclusif.com is not responsible for loss of packages for letter-post items.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY/DELIVERY ISSUES
You must notify on the signature slip that the carrier will presen to to you and to www.masqueinclusif.com any reservations about the product delivered (for example: damaged package, already open ...) within 3 days of receipt of the product. If the package is lost or not received, please contact us as soon as possible to verify with the delivery services. An investigation will therefore be opened with the carrier if the package has been sent by Colissimo. A period of 30 days is required during the investigation before ...
Should you are unsatisfied by your product, please email us all the details at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of product delivery so we can discuss about the modality of return/exchange. If the timeframe expires on Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it will be extended until the next working day.
You will be required to send back the product unworn, in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping fee. Once the product is received, it will be inspected and a refund (product - $5 flat rate) will be made within max 30 days from the day of the right of retract has been exercised or a new product will be shipped within 3 days of order receipt. Please note, return shipping cost will not be refunded.
For hygienic purposes, the masks cannot be returned or exchanged.
SATISFIED OR REFUNDED
In accordance with article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of seven days from receipt to exchange or get a refund for the product that does not suit you (except protection face mask for hygienic reasons). If this period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.
For orders in France and Europe, in accordance with the Chatel Law of June 1, 2008, refunds following a right of withdrawal will be made mainly by means of payment, even if the other alternatives (such as vouchers) remain possible.
Within the framework of an exchange, the costs of return by the customer are not supported. As part of a refund, the return costs by the customer are not supported and the refund of the order will be reduced by 5€. They will be done as soon as possible, and at the latest within thirty days of the date on which this right was exercised.
Regarding returns please contact us by email at email@example.com to define the terms. This right of return can only be accepted for products in their original packaging, complete, unworn and in good condition. Personalized or returned items used, incomplete, damaged or soiled by the Customer are not taken back and no refund will be due. Protective face mask are non refundable.
Personal information we collect
