For all orders placed before 2pm from Monday to Friday (and after receipt of payment/ proof of payment), we hand over the orders to the carrier the same day!
The delivery time for orders by the carrier is 48 hours.
We ship via letter followed, colissmo, relay point et chronopost.
Please our that sending in Letter Tracked does not include insurance. Therefore, in case of theft or loss of packages, www.masqueinclusif.com is not responsible and cannot return a package to you free of charge.
Shipments in relay point are delivered with signature.
Colissimo shipments are delivered without signature depending on the option you choose.
Colissimo shipments are delivered against signature depending on the option you have chosen.
Timed shipments are delivered against signature.
The deadlines are provided for information purposes only, www.masqueinclusif.com shall not be liable for any delays in delivery of any kind after the product has been delivered to the carrier.
www.masqueinclusif.com is not responsible for lost packages for tracked letter shipments.

Delivery issues
You must notify on the signature slip that the carrier will present to you and to www.masqueinclusif.com all reservations on the delivered product (for example: damaged package, already opened ...) within 3 days of receipt of the product. If the package turns out to be lost or not received, please contact us as soon as possible in order to verify with the delivery services.
