The Inclusive Mask® was aimed at first to THE ENTOURAGE deaf and hard of hearing people since it facilitates lip reading thanks to the transparent anti-fog strip.
However, all deaf and hard of hearing people do not rely on lip reading. Therefore, it is very important to respect the mode of communication of the deaf and hard of hearing (Sign Language).
This mask does not replace no more the presence of an LS interpreter.
It is also aimed at early childhood staff, restaurateurs, speech therapists, hearing aid specialists, ... but also to all people whatever his profession or profile because it allows better see the facial expression, important element in human relations.
We offer 3 sizes:
XS for children from 6 to 10 years old,
S for children from 11 years old but also for adults with thin faces and
M for adults.

It depends on your lifestyle. However, we can estimate an average.
The use being of 4h / mask.
On a day of 12h, it should 3 masks.
Over a month: 3 masks x 30 days = 90 masks.
Our masks being reusable 20 times, we can establish the following calculation: 90/20 = 4.5 masks. Or around 5 masks / per month per person.
This estimate can of course be downgraded. It depends on your lifestyle/occupation.
Our masks are reusable 20 times.
They were tested to new and after 20 washings with the DGA, the filtration of the 3 micron particles is identical (98%!).

This model is also suitable for adults with a thin face.
But also a model for children from 6 years old! He is available here.
For safety reasons, silicone cord lock are not provided. It is therefore important to tie a knot to adjust the mask.

This mask is not a medical device within the meaning of Regulation EU/2017/745 (surgical masks), or personal protective equipment within the meaning of regulation EU / 2016/425 (FFP2 type filtering masks).
It is not intended for use by healthcare personnel in contact with patients.
The mask costs 7.90 € incl tax per unit.
Since it can be washed 20 times, the cost per use comes to € 0.39, which is lower than the disposable surgical mask. Our wish is to make it accessible to as many people as possible. We hope to lower the sales prices in the future. However, it is important to note that the masks are made in France.
We have improved our masks by adding a few more inches to the elastic and providing a pair of silicone cord lock.

Each mask comes with a pair of cord lock. Be careful when unpacking the mask.
In order to avoid any confusion during the assembly of the mask (anti-fog mounted upside down), we leave the protective film on the visor. It is therefore important remove the protective film (even if it is sewn!) so that the anti-fog mask is functional.
When you place an order, you will receive an email notification with a link to download your invoice.
We are proud to announce that orders placed before 2 p.m. Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day!
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link, you will be able to follow your package via the colissimo/tracked letter/chronopost link.
You have placed an order and you have most certainly received a purchase confirmation email. In this email, there is a link that will allow you to open the pdf file (the invoice).
As for your personal space, if you have placed an order in "guest" mode, any account has been created.
The minimum order is 2 masks at € 15.80 (or € 7.90 / pc).
We do everything we can to ensure that our customers are satisfied.

However, by hygienic measures, the protective masks are neither taken back or exchanged..
When you placed an order, surely you placed it in "guest" mode, that is why there is no access to a personal space.
For this, we suggest that you create a personal space before placing an order.
We accept the following payment methods:

- Bank transfer.

If you wish to make a payment by bank transfer or administrative order, we can send you a quote or you can place your order directly online and choose, during checkout, the desired payment method.
Orders are shipped the same day if they are placed before 2 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
About the delivery times(letter followed / colissimo) of your order, it will depend on your delivery address.
The delivery time (once the package has been delivered to the carrier) is between:
- 48h and 72h (working days) in France
- 5 to 7 working days in the French overseas departments
- 3 to 5 working days in the European Union.
The chronopost is delivered on next day before 1 p.m. (if all goes well on the chronopost side) if the order is placed from Monday to Friday before 2 p.m.
However, during the month of August, the postal services can idle and lengthen the delivery by one day.
We currently deliver to France, DOM, Europe, USA, Canada, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, New Caledonia and French Polynesia.
Please note, for New Caledonia and French Polynesia, delivery times can be very long and we are not responsible for these times, which can be more than 4 weeks.

We ship orders via letter followed, colissimo without signature (order less than 100 €), colissimo with signature (order over 100 €), chronopost(next day delivery before 1 p.m.) and relay point for deliveries in France.
We ship orders via colissimo with signature for the rest of the countries except France.
